# Report a security issue

> Contact the Gatetrix team directly about a suspected security issue in Access, d0, or MTS.

Found a security issue or unexpected access in a Gatetrix product?
Email our team at **[hello@gatetrix.ai](mailto:hello@gatetrix.ai?subject=Gatetrix%20security%20report)**.

Include the product and version, what you expected, what happened, and steps to
reproduce it if available. Keep credentials and private customer data out of the
message. Please report security details privately rather than in a public issue.
