d0 gives the dashboards you build with agents a home on your Mac. A dashboard is a bundle of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a manifest. d0 runs it without requiring a separate development server for each dashboard. Dashboards can also keep persistent local data between sessions through d0’s app-scoped preferences and document storage. An external coding agent creates or updates the dashboard through Agent Builder. You review the dashboard and its permissions before trusting that version to use data capabilities.

Two ways to use data

  • Public data: declare the public HTTPS hosts and paths the dashboard needs.
  • Business data: connect d0 to a dedicated Gatetrix Access profile and declare the tools or connector operations the dashboard needs.
Declare storage permissions for saved settings, cached results, and history. This storage is scoped to the dashboard’s stable ID; it is not arbitrary filesystem access or a place to store API secrets.
